After a year of experimenting with digital art techniques and styles, I finally ventured closer towards portraiture and original character creation. My aim was to learn more about using texture, colour and dynamics to crossover realism with fantasy. My chosen subject matter are the people and characters that inspire me in my daily life.  I strive to capture the essence of my subject matter and add fantasy elements through the use of bright and intense colours, without diminishing their character.
